Crystal Cove State Park Demonstration Project

Crystal Cove State Park is located halway between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach in Southern California. In August, we will be demonstating the use of the underwater wireless capabilities for broadcast into California schools.

Aquarium Virtual Tour Project

We are in the early stages of developing funding, identifying sponsors and contacting aquariums to create the first Aquarium Virtual Tour. Classrooms from around the world would be able to access a network of underwater cameras "inside" the nation's leading aquariums. This virtual marine world could become an important component of children's science and environmental education.

Mantas in the Classroom

This project is designed to create a telepresence experience for schools. Images from the MantaCam can be controlled and displayed on a computer screen in the classroom. Students will be able to pan, tilt and zoom the underwater camera from their desktop. Elementary schools in Hawaii, Texas and California are slated for a test of this unique educational experience this year.
